Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing and cutting the apple into chunks. There's no need to peel it, as the skin contains valuable nutrients and adds extra fiber to the smoothie. Peel and slice the banana as well.
Blend: Add all the ingredients—oat milk, ice cubes, apple chunks, banana, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using)—to a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well combined.
