Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/4 cup Aloe Vera optional for gut health
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • Large Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2-1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1- inch Turmeric
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 tsp Hemp or Chia Seeds optional
  • 1-2 Medjool Dates optional
  • 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with more coconut water or oat milk if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
