Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
Sip on the goodness of our blueberry bliss smoothie, a potent anti-inflammatory drink that's as delicious as it is beneficial.
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1/4 cup Aloe Vera optional for gut health
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Oat Milk
- Large Handful of Spinach
- 1/2-1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1- inch Turmeric
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 tsp Hemp or Chia Seeds optional
- 1-2 Medjool Dates optional
- 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust consistency with more coconut water or oat milk if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
