Ham & Potato Crockpot Soup

Ingredients

large potatoes
diced small (peeled or unpeeled — your choice!)

leftover ham
diced

celery

shredded or sliced

garlic cloves

frozen corn

–5 baby bella mushrooms
chopped

10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup

teaspoon
mustard powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
parsley

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
poultry seasoning or dried sage

bay leaves

–4 cups broth
I always use homemade turkey broth, but chicken broth works too!

frozen peas
optional

heavy cream

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
optional — stir in at the end
Instructions
Add potatoes, ham, celery, carrots, onion, corn, mushrooms, broth, and seasonings to the crockpot.
Stir and add bay leaves.
Cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
Add heavy cream and optional cheddar during the last 10–20 minutes.
Stir in peas.
Remove bay leaves and serve with sourdough rolls or a colorful salad.
