Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh Cut Green Beans 1 inch pieces; blanched
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Pecan Pieces toasted
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cherry Tomatoes Roasted Broccoli, Roasted Asparagus, or any other veggie you like

Instructions
 

  • Combine the blanched green beans, diced sweet onion, feta cheese crumbles, and toasted pecan pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and rice wine vinegar over the salad. Start with three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, then adjust to taste.
  • Season with salt and pepper. To enhance the flavors, add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
  • It's important to gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined and coated with the dressing, ensuring a balanced flavor in every bite.
