- 1 lb Fresh Cut Green Beans 1 inch pieces; blanched
- 1/4 cup Sweet Onion diced
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup Pecan Pieces toasted
- 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: Cherry Tomatoes Roasted Broccoli, Roasted Asparagus, or any other veggie you like
Combine the blanched green beans, diced sweet onion, feta cheese crumbles, and toasted pecan pieces in a large mixing bowl.
