Amazon Prime Days are one of my favorite shopping events of the year, but probably not for the reason you think.
While some people use Prime Days to buy the latest gadgets or trendy products, I use the sales to stock up on products I already know and love.
As a nurse, Pilates instructor, skincare enthusiast, supplement junkie, and someone who is always trying to make smart financial decisions, I’ve learned that the biggest Prime Day savings come from buying things you’ll actually use.
Instead of filling my cart with random impulse purchases, I focus on products I regularly buy year-round.
This year’s Prime Days run from June 23–26, and many products are expected to be discounted by 50% or more.
Before shopping, you’ll need an active Prime membership. You can sign up here: Amazon Prime Membership.
Prime members get:
- Access to Prime Day pricing
- Free shipping
- Prime Video
- Prime Reading
- Prime Music
- Exclusive member deals
One quick disclaimer: Prices and discounts can change throughout the event, so I may not list specific prices in this article. Always click through to check current pricing.
Now let’s talk about what I’ll actually be stocking up on.
This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through my links, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As always, I only share products I personally use, love, and would purchase with my own money.
Skincare Products I Buy Again and Again
You all know I love skincare.
I’ve tested more products than I can count over the years, but these are the ones that have earned repeat-purchase status.
Beauty By Earth Dry Shampoo

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I usually make my own dry shampoo. But when life gets busy, this is the one I reach for. What I love:
- Non-aerosol formula
- Cleaner ingredients
- Easy to use
- Doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy

EltaMD Facial Sunscreen

As someone who’s pretty ingredient-conscious, I’ve always been picky about sunscreen. This is one of the few facial sunscreens I’ve consistently liked because it’s lightweight, comfortable, and layers beautifully under makeup without feeling heavy or greasy.

Prequel Lip Sunscreen

We protect our face and often forget our lips. I’ve become a huge fan of Prequel products because they’re affordable and effective. This lip sunscreen lives in my purse all summer.

Compressed Facial Sponges

These little sponges are one of my favorite skincare tools. I use them for:
- Cleansing
- Removing masks
- Post-treatment skincare
- General face washing
A 50-pack lasts a long time, but Prime Days are the perfect time to grab extras.

Under-Eye Patches

Do they magically erase aging? No.
Do they make me look less tired after a rough night’s sleep? Absolutely.
I love storing them in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.

Gray Hair Touch-Up Spray

Let’s be honest. Sometimes your hair appointment isn’t soon enough. This little product has saved me more than once when those silver strands decide to make themselves known.

Retinol Hand Cream

People spend hundreds on facial skincare and completely forget about their hands. As a nurse who has washed her hands thousands of times over the years, I appreciate products that help keep them looking their best.

Pink Peptide 12

You knew there had to be a peptide somewhere in this article. Found this during Amazon Summer Prime Days 2025 and have bought several bottles since! This has become one of my favorite peptide skincare products because it’s effective without breaking the bank.

Snail Mucin Masks

I know the name sounds strange. But Korean skincare brands have been using snail mucin for years because of its hydrating and skin-supporting properties. These are one of my favorite sheet masks.

WIS Face Masks

Another sheet mask favorite. Whenever my skin feels dry, stressed, or irritated, I reach for one of these. I always keep a stash on hand.

Exfoliating Pads

I’ve been recommending these for years. Simple. Effective. Convenient. These help keep my skin looking smoother and brighter without adding extra steps to my routine.

The Ordinary Peeling Solution

Also known as “the red peel.” This product has become legendary in the skincare world because it’s affordable and effective. Prime Days are a great time to stock up.

Oral Care Products I Never Want to Run Out Of
These may not be exciting purchases, but they’re products I use every single day.
Toothbrushes

A fresh toothbrush is one of the simplest investments you can make in your health. And these soft-bristled brushes are easy on the enamel and gums, but very effective at cleaning. Also, the nano-silver in the bristles eliminates harmful germs but protects your oral microbiome.

Toothpaste

When I find a non-fluoride toothpaste I love, I stick with it. This one is my fav! Prime Days are the perfect time to buy a few extras.

Mouthwash

Another household staple that somehow always seems to run out unexpectedly… mouthwash. And this one has the perfect minty flavor, strengthens enamel, and is gentle on the oral microbiome.

Supplements I Stock Up On During Prime Days
Supplements are one of the easiest categories to save money on because many of us take them daily.
Sleep Breakthrough

Good sleep affects everything. Mood, recovery, energy, appetite, and overall wellness all improve when sleep improves.

Magnesium Breakthrough

Magnesium is one of my favorite supplements and really the only one I take regularly. This formula combines multiple forms of magnesium into one product.

Liposomal Vitamin C

Vitamin C remains a staple in my supplement cabinet. I keep this on hand year-round to have when we feel run-down and to prevent colds and flu.

Zinc

Simple, affordable, and always in my supplement cabinet. I like having it on hand, especially during seasonal shifts or when I feel like something is “coming on,” since it’s one of those basics I reach for during cold and flu season.

Quercetin

This is another supplement I regularly keep available. I also like having it on hand during the spring and fall allergy seasons or when I feel run-down.

40,000 Volts Trace Minerals

One thing I’ve become much more aware of over the years is the importance of minerals. Many people focus on vitamins and completely overlook minerals, even though they’re involved in countless processes throughout the body.
I like having trace minerals on hand, especially during the summer months when we’re sweating more and spending more time outdoors. Just another one of those wellness products I like to keep in my cabinet year-round.

Crucial Four mSalt

Another product that I use not only for cooking but also for overall health: mSalt (or any mineral salt brand; just NOT table salt).
As someone who pays attention to hydration and mineral balance, I appreciate products that make it easier to support both. Many people focus solely on drinking more water, but electrolytes and minerals matter too. And a little mineral salt on your tongue or in your water really helps with your hydration. This is another item I’ll be watching for Prime Day discounts.

Protein Powder

As someone who has never been a huge meat eater, I use protein powder to increase my protein intake without forcing myself to eat foods I don’t enjoy.
I use it in:
- Smoothies
- Yogurt bowls
- Oatmeal
- Protein muffins

Why Prime Day Is the Perfect Time to Stock Up
My Prime Day strategy is simple.
I ask myself:
- What products am I already using?
- What will I need in the next six months?
- What am I about to run out of?
Then I buy those products while they’re discounted.
The biggest savings don’t come from buying things you don’t need. They come from buying things you were already going to purchase anyway. That’s exactly why these products make my Prime Day list every year.
Now I’d love to hear from you. What products do you stock up on during Prime Days? Comment below and let me know your favorite finds!
