Hello, I’m Kelly — and I’m addicted to learning about anything and everything that helps me look, feel, and move better.
It’s so great to meet you!
Now in my early 50s, I’m especially fascinated by anti-aging and longevity — skincare, peptides, supplements, and the small daily habits that add up over time. I research this stuff constantly, and I love sharing what I find (the wins and the flops) with friends and family.
I’ve been a Pilates instructor for over 26 years, and for 18 of those I’ve owned and operated Strong Tower Pilates Studio. Staying strong, flexible, and mobile as I age isn’t just a hobby for me — it’s a huge part of who I am, and something I want to write about more here.
I’m also a sucker for a good recipe — whether it’s a family favorite passed down for years or a new healthy swap I’m testing out. Cooking for the people I love is one of my favorite ways to take care of them.
As a Registered Nurse with over 31 years of experience, I combine my medical background with natural and alternative approaches for a well-rounded take on health. Let’s be clear: nothing I write is medical advice — it’s information based on my own personal experience, good and bad.
At home, I’m wife to Mark and mom to our 23-year-old daughter, Natalie. Between gardening, homemade kombucha, and a sourdough habit I can’t quit, keeping a healthy home is part of the everyday rhythm around here too.
I hope you’ll follow along as I share what I’m learning about anti-aging, fitness, and living well!
Xoxo,
Kelly
