I love researching health and wellness related topics and sharing that information with friends. Now in my early 50s, I’m fascinated by anti-aging and longevity subject matter including skin care, peptides, supplements and more.
I’ve been a Pilates instructor for over 24 years and for 16 of those years I’ve owned and operated Strong Tower Pilates Studio. As you can imagine, I’m passionate about fitness and maintaining a strong and flexible body as I age.
Wife to Mark and mother to our 21 year old daughter, Natalie, it’s important to me to keep a healthy home and lifestyle. I do that by gardening, using essential oils and fermenting foods like kombucha and sourdough to create healthy meals for my family.
