Hello, I’m Kelly and I’m addicted to learning about anything and everything that will help me improve my body, mind and spirit as well as bless the lives of others.

It’s so great to meet you!

I love researching health and wellness related topics and sharing that information with friends. Now in my early 50s, I’m fascinated by anti-aging and longevity subject matter including skin care, peptides, supplements and more.

I’ve been a Pilates instructor for over 24 years and for 16 of those years I’ve owned and operated Strong Tower Pilates Studio. As you can imagine, I’m passionate about fitness and maintaining a strong and flexible body as I age.

Wife to Mark and mother to our 21 year old daughter, Natalie, it’s important to me to keep a healthy home and lifestyle. I do that by gardening, using essential oils and fermenting foods like kombucha and sourdough to create healthy meals for my family.

A Registered Nurse for nearly 30 years, I combine my medical knowledge with alternative and natural treatments for a well-balanced approach to health. I love sharing what I’m learning with my friends and family and I’m thrilled that now I get to share with YOU!
